Our Nurse Practitioner in our Employee Health office plays a key role in in providing the highest quality of care while the new hire/employee is in Employee Health.
This is a part-time, 20 hour/week with an additional 4 hour/week at an onsite company.

Nurse Practitioner job details:
Essential Job Duties:
Prevention and treatment of injuries and illnesses derived from the work environment
Providing employee health services relative to on-boarding examinations, immunization, assessing employee wellness and testing under the direction of the Employee Health Medical Director
Maintenance of employee health records
knowledge of occupational illnesses related to various employment classifications, along with knowledge of detecting symptoms of various communicable diseases, mental and physical disorders is a plus.
Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited ASN or BSN program
Must have Indiana RN license
License/Certification:
BLS certification
