Park Nicollet Clinics is seeking Advanced Practice Clinicians to join our Family Medicine Virtualist - Extended Hours team. As a Family Medicine Virtualist, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine. This is a remote, out-patient position where you will provide support during and after operating hours for primary care through virtual patient care and department in-basket management. Minimum of 3 years of outpatient primary care clinician experience required. Candidates must reside in the state of Minnesota. Multiple, flexible Scheduling Options Minimum of four 4-hour weekend shifts (0.11 FTE, 16 hours) per month (weekends 8Am-Noon, 1-5PM - 1 weekend per month schedule options available) Minimum of one 4-hour evening shift (0.11 FTE) per week, 16 hours per month (M-F 5-9PM) Remaining hours per week scheduled during either traditional hours of operation or extended hours You will be joining a team that is supportive and respectful of one another and deeply committed to the mission of HealthPartners.
