　　Job Description:

　　Modular Company is based out of Leola, PA

　　Company specialized in making large custom Modular buildings - Schools, Hospitals, banks, restaurants, offices -

　　They internally have a team of plumbers, electricians, carpenters, welders, and laborers that work start to finish to build out each individual unit that goes in to making these buildings come to life.

　　Plumbers will report to the site location and begin work on these projects.

　　Following prints to install PVC, PEX, Copper, and Cast iron pipe - they will be running hangers for pipe as well.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Plumbing, Pipefitting, PVC, PEX, Copper, Cast iron experience

　　Experience with commercial construction, large scale projects

　　Hanging pipe

　　-Installing fixtures

　　Residential experience is also acceptableMust haves:

　　own hand tools of trade required

　　Pay rates:

　　5 years + $22 - $24

　　1 - 5 years = $19 - $21.50

　　1 year or less = $16 - $18.50

　　Pay is based on skill level the more experience and skills the higher the pay.
