  Position: Student Assistant International Program Location: St. Paul, MN Job Id: 370580 - Spring'24 # of Openings: 1 Student Assistant International Program Position Overview: The Student Assistant plays an important role in promoting the Office of International Student Services' mission of supporting CSP's international students in achieving their goals. Essential Duties: Cover the ISS front desk, greet visitors, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all students, staff, and visitors Assist with essential day-to-day operations including answering student questions, answering phone calls, managing office inbox, scheduling student appointments, and checking students in for appointments Assist with ISS programming, events, and marketing efforts Assist staff with additional tasks such as data entry, completing projects, etc. Keep the office space clean and tidy (including storage room) Skills and Qualifications: Must be available from 1:00 to 4:30 PM on Mondays and 9:30 to 12:00 PM on Fridays Student involved on-campus at CSP and familiar with the ISS Office Experience living, working, or studying outside of the U.S. Second language skills preferred Social media skills preferred Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: It is the policy of CSP to provide equal opportunity to all employees and applicants for employment in accordance with all applicable equal opportunity, directives and regulations of federal, state, and local governing bodies or agencies thereof, specifically Minnesota Statute 363.
