Ucan do all this and more at UCLA Health's Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital. In this exciting and rewarding position, you will provide exceptional nursing care for our Geri Psych patients. You will offer guidance to team members by supervising nursing interventions and assigning related tasks.You will also assess patient, family and staff learning needs, deliver appropriate clinical education and promote effective working relationships. This involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of dedicated professionals to develop and implement a care plan, including providing detailed care instructions.

　　Salary range: $116,500-$282,300/annualQualifications

　　We're seeking a highly-skilled, self-motivated nursing professional with:

　　Current California RN license, required

　　Bachelors and Masters Degree, one of which must be in Nursing, required

　　Previous Geri/Psych or relevant Psych experience, required

　　3 years of acute care or management experience, required

　　BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, required

　　Experience working in a magnet hospital, highly desired

　　Knowledge to manage disaster incidents, sentinel events and ability to problem solve with Critical Thinking Skills, required

　　Ability to assess, plan, intervene and evaluate, required

　　Ability to inform and educate, required
