Responsible for increasing manufacturingprofitability, efficiency and productivity through technology, trainingand lean processes ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS * Proactively evaluate salesforecasts and the company\'s business and revenue plans, backlog, andproduction capacity and translates into a timely master plan which meetsfinancial goals, supports sales and achieves customer satisfaction. *Partner with Plant Manager and other senior managers to establish longrange operating goals. * Work closely with sales and engineering toevaluate and develop new products. Assist with assessing new productmanufacturability and ensure that Production competencies andcapabilities are in place for prototype and first of models. * Maintainclear and effective communication within and among groups. Coordinatingwith other value stream managers to balance resources and determinepriorities amongst value streams. * Interpret, communicate, follow andexecute the management strategy to assure company\'s goals establishedon the TTI\'s and KPI\'s. * Provide the all necessary resources to meetthe production plans on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. * Coordinatethe daily operations meeting with the different departments toidentified and solve any restrictions to achieve the production plangenerated to support the Revenue plan, On Time Delivery, Past Due Ordersreduction, Inventory/WIP. * Participate and support Safety andEnvironmental strategy to prevent any unsafe condition. * Responsiblefor the efficient and effective management of the value stream to meetthe present and future goals related to production operations.
