　　The New Jewish Home, Sarah Neuman campus in Westchester, is currently seeking Nurse Manager on day shift to join their team! This assignment is for the sub-acute unit. We need a Nurse Supervisor with hospital experience.

　　In this position, some of the responsibilities of the Nurse Manager are:

　　day to day operation of the unit

　　assures that resident care is provided in compliance with all regulations and policies

　　participates in establishing community goals and achieving clinical outcomes

　　managing and engaging staff in clinical goals

　　Qualifications:

　　Valid NY state RN license

　　4 + years of experience with acute/long term care clinical experience and supervisory skills.

　　As a service excellence champion to one's team, the Nurse Manager will possess the ability to problem solve and must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
