　　DESCRIPTION OF WORK

　　As a Nurse Aide at South Mountain, you will provide basic care to residents by meeting their personal hygiene, physical, and emotional needs to maintain a healthy, clean, and safe environment while meeting basic licensing requirements. You make decisions regarding resident care based on training and in consultation with Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses, Registered Nurse Supervisors, Nurse Managers, and the Director of Nursing.

　　Full-time employment, 80-hours biweekly.Work hours are 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM (1st shift) with a 30-minute lunch; 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM (2nd shift) with a 30-minute lunch; or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (3rd shift), no lunch. Rotating on and off duty days including weekends and holidays.
