In this temporary role, you have the opportunity:
In 2024, we need to comply with a new EU reporting regulation called the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
You will focus on the CSRD/ESRS implementation and prepare Philips to be compliant with legislation
Work with management to develop an overall deployment program
Work with functional colleagues to develop and test the new disclosures
Develop policies and action plans – where needed
Help the Climate Action program and other programs that need support
You are a part of:
The Reporting Analysis team within Group Sustainability. The international team works passionately on multidisciplinary and cross-departmental projects around the globe
You're the right fit if:
Familiar with the CSRD and the linked European Sustainability Reporting Standards
Bachelor or Master studies in studies such as Sustainability, Business, Business Economics, Health Economics/management, Digital Technologies, or any other relevant studies, master level preferred
Strong research and analytical skills.
Strong ESG Action knowledge
Motivated, talented, hard-working, eager, independent, hands-on young individual
Relevant experience e.g. previous internship, (extra-)curricular projects, etc.) related to ESG
Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral and written)
Residence in the Netherlands
Available until December 2024
