　　Greet all customers with a friendly smile and communicate effectively.

　　Honor customers by providing quick, friendly and personal service.

　　Interact with customers, learn their names, favorite products and food items.

　　Respond appropriately to customer questions and concerns.

　　Ensure work station and product displays are stocked, clean, tidy and well presented

　　Maintain working knowledge of food items, guest service and production processes

　　Work cooperatively with other associates.

　　Maintain high quality work and safety standards.

　　Assist in other departments as needed.

　　Job Qualifications:

　　Experience in same or similar position

　　Previous customer service experience

　　Ability to prioritize work tasks, multi-task, and maintain focus

　　Positive, optimistic, enthusiastic and self-confident attitude

　　Operate calmly and proactively in stressful situations

　　Meet all required attendance guidelines of the position

　　Speak, read, write, and understand English and speak distinctly to others
