Our Marketing Operations Team is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager responsible for the successful build and execution of D2C and B2B campaigns. This role will be fully dedicated to the D2C Marketing Agile Team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of email and SMS campaign management and marketing automation.
The preferred EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site. Highly Qualified virtual candidates may be considered.
What you can expect:
Lead the build and execution of marketing campaigns supporting our D2C business, inclusive of campaign development, scheduling, testing & optimization.
Execute and update triggered email and SMS programs, assist in making recommendations for additional triggers and customer journeys.
Assist in optimizing the marketing process to improve efficiency, consistency, and deliverability.
Coordinate with internal teams using agile ceremonies and project management tools to manage campaign build tasks, and ensure all projects are completed on time and within scope.
Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance Marketo data connectivity and capabilities, including requirements, troubleshooting and QA testing.
What youll need:
Must have 3-5 years experience in utilizing Marketo, Marketo certification preferred.
Interest working in an agile environment fast-paced, dynamic, highly collaborative, and team-oriented.
Experience creating and optimizing email and SMS marketing and re-engagement campaigns, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and trigger logic.
Experience with dynamic content and velocity scripting a plus.
Experience with email accessibility and ESP deliverability best practices.
Knowledgeable of current trends and active interest in ongoing learning.
Experience using Twilio, Litmus, Stensul, ON24 and various other integrated tools on the Marketo platform.
Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce preferred).
Familiarity with online tracking technologies and how they are leveraged to measure engagement (UTMs, cookies, etc.).
Familiarity navigating complex matrixed organizations and data environments.

Data-driven decision maker with a test-and-learn mentality.

The salary range for this role is from $115,800.00 to $172,300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
