The temporary position will support the program through transaction and batch entry. This position reports to the Accounting Manager. Essential Functions may include: Enter the entry membership transactions into membership database Enter the entry of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Create and distribute checks Create and enter general ledger deposit entities Provide assistance to reconcile credit card merchant account payment gateway activity vs. on-line source transactions through batch processing. Enter deposit information into the general ledger Assist Director of Membership marketing in membership fulfillment tasks Download and process telemarketing transactions Prepare new and renewed member card files Receive, stamp and distribute bills and invoices Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: Experience successfully managing multiple tasks. Proficiency with databases, word processing, and spreadsheet programs (Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Docs, Sheets). Ability to work between January - March 2024. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills and exemplary attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively and comfortably to provide excellent customer service for alumni, guests, and vendors. Experience working in an office environment/non-profit culture.
