　　Hire, develop, and retain staff, creating robust succession plans and developing the next generation of leaders

　　Identify goals and objectives, provide regular and candid feedback through evaluations or coaching sessionsDeveloping Business Plans

　　Develop sales targets for individual sales representatives

　　Understand areas of customer focus, including Sales Building, Staffing, Profitability, and ComplianceEngage with the Industry

　　Visit key existing and future customersAs a Non-Commercial Sales Manager, you'lllearn:

　　Four or more years of previous sales or business experience

　　Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data, including profitability models
