　　High school diploma or GEDMust be able to follow standard operating procedures and have critical thinking skills.Must be able to maintain an excellent attendance record.Ensure quality through the production process.Must have the availability to start off working second or third shift, work overtime and occasional weekends as needed.Must be able to push, pull and perform repetitive liftingCasting experience is a plus but not necessary.Working for CAPT you will receive excellent benefits for you and your family!!!
