About Night Receptionist (Full-Time)

  At Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel, we have an exciting opening to join our team as a Night Receptionist…

  We are looking for someone who can commit to Full-Time, across a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern (shift times from 8pm to 8am). Being flexible would be a great plus!

  We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means we can offer great flexibility if required. At Kimpton we encourage our Team Members to Be Yourself and Lead Yourself! We will be there to support you each step of the way.

  We are paying £12.60 per hour, all overtime is paid for.

  As a Night Receptionist your main duties and responsibilities will be taking care of our guests throughout the night, responding to any queries or requests and making sure any late arrivals are met with a warm welcome. You will also be responsible to do ad-hoc tasks throughout the night such as cleaning or preparing reports to ensure the safety of our guests and employees. This role is varied and you may be completing different tasks depending on the need of the Hotel! To smash this role out of the park, the key skills & experience you’ll ideally already have are:

  Experience working as a Nights Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a Hotel is beneficial

  Passion for providing excellent customer service, wanting to go above and beyond for our guests!

  Confident working on Hotel systems, experience working with Opera specifically is a big plus

  Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
