Who will you be working with?
As an IT architect, you will work with various engineering, DevOps, and IT teams in the design process for new products, support engineering efforts in sustaining legacy products, and continuous process improvement. You will participate in the domain technical and business discussions relative to future architect direction. This is on-prem support in a hybrid work environment.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the Kinetix IT group, you will be responsible for:
Assists in the analysis, design and development of a roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
Gathers and analyzes data and develops architectural requirements at project level.
Participates in the development of software, data, and technology.
Contributes to the designs and deployment of infrastructure solutions meeting standardization, consolidation, TCO, security, regulatory compliance, and application system qualities, for different businesses.
Researches and evaluates emerging technology, industry, and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities.
What do we want to know about you?
Bachelor's Degree in "STEM" (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) or relevant work experience
6 year's relevant professional experience
5+ years of Windows networking and administration experience
5+ years of Linux and virtualization experience
Strong understanding of design of computing, network, and storage to meet business application system qualities.
Knowledge and practical experience of cloud tooling and best practices (AWS preferred)
