　　What will I be doing?

　　Ensure efficient operation of Food and Beverage outlets and Front DeskControl the flow of customers and orders throughout serviceManage all transactions during serviceEnsure all outlets are staffed according to business levelsMonitor the appearance, standards and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on quality of guest service and hospitalityMaximise sales revenue through up-selling and marketing programmesManage guest requests in a timely and efficient mannerComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislationWhat are we looking for?

　　Previous experience in organising Food and Beverage service in a range of outletsFront Office experience in the hotel/leisure/retail sectorExcellent supervisory skillsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and delegation skillsFlexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situationsCalm and organisedCommitted to delivering high levels of customer serviceInterest in developing others to be part of a winning teamExcellent grooming standardsEVERY JOB MAKES THE STAY.
