  Analyze and evaluate rent rolls and operating statements of properties being considered for sale to determine feasibility and valuationPrepare pro forma statements and projections which accurately reflect past history of properties, as well as current and projected future market conditionsPrepare discounted cash flow analyses for various income producing propertiesResearch, analyze, and evaluate market feasibility for various real estate transactionsReview and summarize tenant leases and articulate issues/concerns in a clear and effective mannerConvey all particulars of a transaction (financial projections, market and location issues and tenant analysis, etc.) in formal written format, for marketing materials presented to clientsAssist in the preparation of final marketing materials and underwriting for sales transactionsArticulate findings (both pros and cons) of a transaction to team members in a professional, thorough mannerAssist in site inspections and property toursAssist in collecting and evaluating required due diligence for sales transactions to include; make necessary inquiries to clients to ensure that required information is provided in a timely and effective mannerContact appraisers, brokers, and research firms for real estate comparable informationRequirements

  Bachelor's Degree; Business or Finance preferred and/or training in financial modeling1 - 2 years of experience preferredSome real estate experience preferred or any similar combination of education and experienceAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel andArgus Enterprise Ability to procure and maintain state mandated salesperson's licenseStrong math, research and analytical skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsThe qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service orientedKnowledge of local markets helpful

  The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.

  The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

  The compensation for the position is: $106,250.00 - $125,000.00
