　　Duties and Responsibilities:Collaborates with leadership to determine priority levels for testing of all incoming equipment from purchase orders, stock buys and consignmentCollaborates with leadership to determine priority levels for testing of all outgoing equipment for sales ordersCollaborates with the Flow Team (i.e. Shipping, Test Lab, and Administration) to determine priority tasks on a daily basis and as neededOversees and performs testing activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipmentsCommunicates any equipment problems to the Management Team, Flow Team, and Sales Team in a timely mannerPerforms testing per specific test procedures by using measurement instruments, putty, graphical user interfaces, console servers, and all related computer test programsDocuments test results with appropriate information in a complete manner, following our current process while making improvements as neededReads and interprets specific test procedures to properly perform and document test resultsInstalls new equipment platforms to our test lab as neededResearches, develops, and documents test procedures for new platformsWorks with the test lab team to maintain and update the testing documentation for all equipment in our test lab
