Our client is looking for a Network Analyst/Administrator for a 6 month contract (minimum - likely to be extended). This position is on-site 3 days/week in Neenah, WI and is open due to a backlog of IT/networking projects.

　　Personality and team fit is very important - they are a small team that works very closely together

　　2-4 years of experience with Cisco Networking - some exposure to Cisco routing, switching - at the administration and configuration level

　　Are also open to a higher level desktop support candidate who has some exposure or interest in Networking, UC, etc.

　　Job Description:

　　Sets up, configures, and supports internal and/or external networks. Develops and maintains all systems, applications, security, and network configurations. Troubleshoots network performance issues and creates and maintains a disaster recovery plan. Recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment. Provides technical support and guidance to users. May lead and direct the work of others.

　　Day to Day:

　　Experience with administration and configuration of cisco routers and switches

　　Extreme wireless

　　Small team that covers a lot. looking for someone who is willing to learn and has baseline technical knowledge

　　They do all of the unified communications. Moving off of Cisco call manager cloud hosted solution and migrating to MS Teams

　　Hardware set-up and troubleshooting

　　Network segmentation.

　　working with network security

　　Firewalls

　　Maintain own data centers

　　Support AV conferencing equipment
