　　Job Overview

　　We are currently looking forpaid Continuous Improvement Intern to join our team in Holland, MI. This is an onsite internship.

　　As a Continuous Improvement Intern you will:

　　Participate in a carefully designed internship program that will provide you with meaningful work and learning opportunities. You will learn about Haworth, meet other interns, and participate in workshops to develop your communication, presentation and networking skills.

　　You will also have an opportunity to work with multiple functional groups within the Continuous Improvement team assisting with delivery, redesigns, documenting standard of work, and a variety of other projects and assignments.

　　Do you have these required qualifications?

　　Part-time or full-time college enrollment, working towards bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or Industrial, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering with at least a junior level status by Fall of 2024.

　　Ability to work in Holland, MI from May 2024 to August 2024 without relocation or housing assistance.

　　Requires current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

　　Organized with the ability to manage deadlines.

　　Good verbal and written communication skills.
