  Kforce has a client that is seeking a NetSuite Admin/Technical Analyst in Austin, TX.Summary:We are looking to hire a NetSuite Administrator/Technical Analyst - Business Applications to join our team. We develop POS (-point of sale-) systems for the hospitality industry. This person will join our NetSuite team by contributing to ongoing data quality initiatives, coding projects, responding to operational requests, and proactively identifying new areas of improvement in downstream system integrations and other custom configuration managed within the NetSuite platform. This role is primarily technical and has a functional aspect (60% technical, 40% functional).Key Tasks:

  Creating documentation such as user stories, functional requirements, policies, procedures, workflows, and user guides

  Work within the NetSuite codebase to perform feature development, coding, configuration, and integration initiatives

  Help drive and manage NetSuite projects

  Supporting financial focused NetSuite features including Zone Advanced Billing, Subscription Billing, Payroll, Order Management, Pricing and Quote to Cash

  Helping improve upgrades of a legacy NetSuite system into a more modern NetSuite environment

  Performing functional and technical configuration and maintenance for systems based on changing operational and business needs

  As a NetSuite Admin/Technical Analyst, you will help integrate NetSuite data flows to and from Salesforce

  Research transactional issues, identifying root causes and driving resolutions

  Assist all departments with data analysis and reporting needs

  Support end user requests for new searches, reports, KPI's, dashboards

  Four-year college degree in relevant discipline (Accounting, MIS, IT business/computer science) or equivalent work experience

  Minimum of 3 years direct NetSuite experience, with a focus on the financial modules

  Strong functional knowledge of NetSuite

  Experience NetSuite coding using SuiteScript and/or Suitelets

  Experience providing client support within the NetSuite environment

  Experience understanding the NetSuite framework

  -Get stuff done- attitude and high sense of ownership of the NetSuite platform

  Experience working within an application and data change management process

  Experience working with Subscription Billing platforms; Zone Advanced Billing is highly desirable

  Capable of maintaining existing NetSuite scripts in an administrative capacity

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer focus

  Strong time management skills with ability to juggle simultaneous projects and deadlines

  Willingness to work normal business hours in the US Central/Eastern time zone

  Any project management or Scrum experience is highly desired

  NetSuite Foundations & ERP Certifications and any experience with Salesforce is desired

  The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

  We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

  Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

  This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
