　　Inspect product (detail fabrication, machine parts or assemblies) tocustomer engineering drawings, specifications, supplier qualityrequirements, and Perfektas Policies and Procedures using appropriateinspection equipment. Ability to train as a Delegated for assignedcustomers as designated by Q.A. management.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities

　　Inspect product to customer purchase order (P.O.), engineeringrequirements and the production planning.

　　Monitor and review Customer Supplier Quality Requirements to ensurecompliance.

　　Ensure that First Article Inspections (FAI) are performed per applicabletime period, work orders and documented per customer and companyprocedures.

　　Ensure all defects are recorded on proper form and sent to the MRB cribfor segregation and disposition.

　　Maintain Six S (6 S) training.

　　Comply with Perfektas Policies and Procedures per Perfekta, Inc.Employee Handbook.

　　Notify immediate supervisor of any safety hazard you see in your workarea.

　　Notify immediate supervisor of ideas that you think would help improveyour department or company.

　　All other duties as assigned.
