The Role

　　This role will be an integral part of a global team that will deliver technical solutions in a quality and efficient manner to clients around the world.

　　Design, code, test, and debug software systems under the direction of the project manager or team leader.

　　Develop applications per detailed specifications using specified programming languages, tools, and techniques.

　　Deliver unit-tested systems timely that meet specification functionality requirements

　　Troubleshoot technical problems.

　　Provide technical support on developed systems.

　　Research new developments in hardware and software.

　　Keep abreast of latest developments regarding effective procedures, methods, and tools in software development and testing.

　　Work with team members to define detailed specifications for specific system and sub-system functionality requirementsClients

　　Participate in client meetings and understand business needs driving technologyFinancial

　　Assist in determining requirements for estimating project budget and timelines.The Requirements

　　5 years of experience in professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, continuous deployment, testing, and operations

　　C# 6.0+, .NET Core, Restful Services and APIs (WebAPI)

　　Proficiency in Transact-SQL and RDBMS

　　Experience in any JavaScript framework (ex: React JS, Angular, Vue)

　　Understanding of Git for software version control

　　Experience of working in an Agile-Scrum environment – close partnership with QA and/or project stakeholders (Product Owners, Project Managers, Architects, business), preferably with experience working collaboratively with colleagues from different geographic areas

　　Utilize effective work planning techniques to break down complex requirements into tasks, manage the scope of requirements, and ensure deadlines are kept for own work and fellow engineers.

　　Strong problem solving and data-driven analysis skills.

　　Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

　　Ability to work on “virtual” teams with members from different geographic areas. Experience working with the US and/or UK counterparts is preferred.

　　Ability to coordinate day-to-day development and bug fixing activities, multi-task and be mindful of deadlines. Self-motivated and ability to remain focused on assigned projects.
