Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

Industrial maintenance mechanics will be responsible for keeping the heavy mechanical side of the operation running. Requires troubleshooting and repair of Hydraulic systems, pumps, electric motors (small to extremely large), rigging/moving large equipment, pipefitting/millwrighting. They have an electrical team to collaborate with on instrumentation and electrical issues if they're not as experienced. Maintenance Team operates on a 4 week rotation: 3 weeks - Mon-Fri, 7a-3p 1 week - Mon-Sun, 7a-3p

Hard Skills

Heavy mechanical repair experience

Hydraulic systems (troubleshoot/repair)

Pump repair

Electric motors (from small fractional HP to 2500HP motors)

Troubleshooting skills

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Spring Grove, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

Paper mill, rougher environment and smells like sulfur. The smell is not unbearable but noticeable. Maintenance team has their own building that houses their shop and equipment, will be dispatched out to different buildings (all on the same site) to respond to calls. SMOKE FREE PROPERTY (No vaping/smoking on company grounds)
