Calling all experienced Executive Assistants in the Technology realm! Dive into a hands-on role supporting one of our VPs in Digital Technology. Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will report to and support the Vice President of Omni-Channel, Manufacturing & Product Engineering Technology, and the team of Direct Reports (DRT). OMP consist of 300 internal employees, located in Asia and Europe. Your tasks and responsibilities will be:
Booking and coordination of meetings.
Support OMP Direct Reports Team with agenda preparation, action follow up, etc.
Preparation of agendas and pre-read material for meetings and other related practicalities.
Booking of flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
Handling internal and external requests from various partners.
Handling travel expenses and other business administration.
Handling global and local events for the organization.
Play your part in our team succeeding
You will report to the VP of Omni-Channel, Manufacturing & Product Engineering Technology (OMP) and actively support the VP in his job as head of the team of direct reports (OMP DRT) playing an active role in the team. The OMP organization plays a meaningful role in providing technology solutions, through digital products, for physical play experiences. From early product development to your doorstep.

Experience from a Technology organization.
Experience from a comparable administrative role for senior leaders in a bigger, preferably global organization.
The ability to multitask, prioritize and being organized in your day-to-day work.
Are comfortable working with multiple, semi-defined, and changing working tasks in an environment where priorities may change Frequently.
Are proactive and with a high degree of collaboration skills, being curious to explore and learn new things.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly and optimally, leaving a lasting impression on those you engage with.
Proficiency in MS Office suites, especially Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint, and PowerPoint Experience.
Being able to navigate in a large stakeholder environment.
Passion and interest in structuring calendars and meetings.
Being proactive by following up with people to ensure we meet deadlines and deliveries.
