Seeking Assistant Supervisors in Somerset, WI

Job Description

The Assistant Supervisor will have all production personnel on their shift as direct reports. You will be responsible for training and motivating employees. You will work as a team to meet quality, production, and efficiency goals. Additionally, you may oversee the scheduling of people and equipment to keep work flowing. The Assistant Supervisor will act as a point of contact for anyone on shift for questions or direction and will work with the department supervisor on issues, nightly status updates, and ideas to improve efficiency.

Work Environment

2nd Shift: $3 shift differential, Monday - Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00am

3rd Shift: $5 shift differential, Monday - Thursday 9:30pm - 8:00am
