This position will be located in our Budapest center of excellence
How will you make an impact?
The Senior Systems Analyst will be accountable for Navision project and enhancement assessments and execution matters including service delivery (break/fix). The NAV analyst will collaborate with other team members, functional leads, offshore and external vendors, to ensure that projects and enhancements are delivered, maximising our global resource pool, in a cost-effective manner without negatively impacting quality, as well as providing support in resolving service delivery matters and ensuring SLAs for service are met.
What will you do?
Assessment/blueprinting of system enhancements and larger-scale projects ensuring solutions meet or exceed business value propositions and meet architectural policies
Ensure on time delivery, quality and cost effectiveness of all functional Navision project and enhancement activities to make sure that we deliver it within the guidelines of the delivery methodology
Coordinate with development team and supervise the progress of developing activities and updating the status with respective teams
Partner with the Architecture team to design new solutions to meet business requirements
Management and accountability for the achievement of all delivery metrics such as SLAs
Effectively build and maintain relationships with internal business partners and external vendor relationships
Collaborate with fellow Navision Functional Leads - Project Execution to deliver a seamless global project execution model. Gather and effectively use data to deliver continuous improvement
Mentor and collaborate with our other Systems Analysts globally
Provide and support user training where appropriate
Coordinate with Power/Super Users in resolving issues that arise
Actively participate in Major Incident Management (MIM) calls and Post-Mortem Reviews
Delivery and support of incident/break/fix and production support
How will you get here?
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, Scrum Master, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience acceptable.Experience
Minimum of 7-10 years of NAVISION Project Execution/ management experience.
Experience of Dynamics NAV Versions 2009 and 2013 to 2019.
At least one complete implementation life-cycle.
Experience as a project coordinator or scrum master with Dynamics NAV is an advantage
5 years of demonstrated ability in a similarly complex technical organization
Demonstrated experience with project management/delivery / ITIL in a regulated environment
Tool & Technology Skills
NAV development using C/AL and AL.
Microsoft Certified – desirable.
SQL Server experience.
Agile DevOps experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Ability to set expectations, explain and promote detailed technical concepts to peers, management, and business partners
Ability to translate details into specific steps needed to accomplish a task or solve a problem
Excellent customer service skills required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, domain specialists in a matrixed global environment
Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving complex environment
Must have the ability to question the status quo
