　　As a Client Service Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

　　Responsibility for IT infrastructure in the Columbia, MO plant locationImplement global IT procedures and systems, working with global support teamsLiaison between site engineering, external vendors and corporate IT teams in relation to service issues, or project installationsLead IT Infrastructure projectsManage IT components of local statutory and audit requirementsEnd User Service project support and deliveryVendor management for local suppliers including mobile telecoms, PC support and network connectivityYour Skills and Expertise

　　To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionOR

　　High School diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and four (4) years of IT experience

　　Three (3) years of professional IT experience in a private, public, government or military environment

　　Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

　　Experience working in a regulated environment (SOX, FDA, etc.)Cross-functional IT expertise (applications, security, network and database infrastructure)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to create effective and engaging communicationsExcellent interpersonal and team collaboration skillsCustomer service mindset and sense of urgencyExperience working in a large, multi-national corporationFor current employees, internal transfer restrictions may not apply. 　　Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $103,233 - $126,174, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estima e for this position.
