Thisindividual will serve as the point person for external stakeholdersincluding individual and annual donors, corporate sponsorships, andprospects. The Fundraising Manager will work with leadership to createand implement development strategy, in addition to follow through andexecution of plans.

　　Qualifications:

　　3+ years of experience in development and fundraising

　　Bachelors degree preferred

　　Mission-driven and community-focused mindset

　　Knowledge of the grant approval process

　　Proficiency in a CRM or database similar to Salesforce or Raiser\'s Edge

　　Incredible interpersonal and communication skills

　　Ability to establish and maintain lasting relationships with internaland external stakeholders and donors

　　Ability to travel to and from meetings with potential donors in theChicagoland area
