National Accounts Coordinator - Data EntryCleveland, OH, USAReq #1329Tuesday, January 9, 2024Why you'll love it here!+ Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Tuition Reimbursement, Pet, and Legal Insurance.POSITION SUMMARY:The National Accounts Coordinator reports to the Chain Accounts Reorders Manager.Located in Cleveland, OH.Full-TimeHybridThe National Accounts Coordinator works with Sales Representatives to build relationships with our customers by delivering excellent service with a high sense of urgency to complete their requests for replacement kitchen equipment; responsible for providing accurate quotes, timely order entry, and thorough coordination of equipment deliveries and installations for chain restaurants and contract customers.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:Partner with Sales Representatives to maintain & establish accounts.Foster positive and professional relationships with customers, vendors, reps and co-workers.Accountable for timely responses to a high volume of customer requests via phone and email.Learn and execute customers' accounts rules and expectations.Provide accurate quotes to customers within expected turnaround timelines.Review vendor quotes for completeness and accuracy.Negotiate additional discounts from vendors when applicable.Retain knowledge of vendors' discounts and advantages.Enter orders timely and accurately.Communicate with internal and external resources to expedite orders/shipments timely.Coordinate shipments and deliveries with vendors, carriers, installers and customers.Coordinate customers' equipment removal/installations with internal or contracted installers.Work to increase profit margin with strong focus on productivity and quote and order accuracy.Resolve customer equipment issues with the help of manufacturers, reps, or the Chain Service Department.Manage shared email inboxes in Microsoft Outlook.Learn and manage third-party facility management software as designated by customers.Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking customer quotes, orders, and installations.Remain current on customer needs, preferences, changes and product developments.Develop and maintain high level of product knowledge through vendor and company trainings.Travel may be required to off-site vendor trainings, customer visits, etc.Other duties as assigned.COMPETENCIES:Knowledge of foodservice equipment.Superior customer service skills.Positive and professional attitude.Strong organizational skills.Ability to multi-task and prioritize at a high level in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and decision-making skills.High attention to detail and regard for accuracy.Clear, concise, and genuine phone presence and email communication.Outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.Intermediate math skills.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.Working knowledge of Oracle Database, JD Edwards.Working knowledge of Auto-Quotes system.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent Military or practical experience.Must complete CFSP Test within first 3 years of employment; CFSP Certification preferred.2+ years foodservice/hospitality/restaurant industry experience.2+ years customer service experience.2+ years sales support environment a plus.Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.#sfindeedOther detailsJob FamilyZZZ - TriMark USAJob FunctionConstruction ServicesPay TypeHourlyCleveland, OH, USAShare this job:TriMark do
