　　Are you an experienced forklift operator that can work in the Ashland City, TN area? This position is day shift as well! 　　Responsibilities

　　Utilizing a sit down propane powered forklift to move materials either palletized or not palletized.

　　Loading and unloading product and materials from trucks and placing in inventory or to production lines.

　　Must be able to change out propane tank.

　　Completion of necessary paperwork and documentation.

　　Stocking production lines with necessary materials and able to work efficiently to maintain production goals.

　　-following all safety rules and practices;

　　1.1 - reading factory work orders, converting schedules, and other documents to learn customer requirements;

　　1.2 - locating and conveying stock from in-process storage areas to the converting machines;

　　1.3 - obtaining the machine operator's direction for orienting / turning stock;

　　1.4 - operating conveyor transfer carts;

　　1.5 - maintaining organized in-process inventories;

　　1.6 - communicating line-ups to other shifts;

　　1.7 - working with shipping associates to obtain stock from sheet and/or finished goods storage areas as needed for

　　converting operations;

　　1.8 - conveying nonessential stock to alternate storage areas as needed;

　　1.9 - keeping the supervisor informed of any problems and/or unusual situations;

　　1.10 - maintaining work areas to plant standards of housekeeping;

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　working in a non-temperature controlled environment

　　manual lifting up to 50lbs

　　working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week

　　working weekends

　　Sit Down Forklifts (2 years of experience is preferred)Qualifications
