We’re searching for a Multi- Skilled Technician who is responsible to perform preventive maintenance, diagnosis and repairs mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC issues in the hotel.

　　A little taste of your day-to-day:

　　Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

　　Perform preventive maintenance on various hotel equipment and systems.

　　Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues

　　Respond promptly to guest requests for room repairs or maintenance issues

　　Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination

　　Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs

　　Prioritize and address urgent maintenance tasks efficiently

　　Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment or systems

　　Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations

　　Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and techniques

　　Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.

　　What We need from you:

　　Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role with a 5* hotel

　　Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems

　　Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods

　　Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
