　　Manage communications/productivity applications and systems security.

　　Participate with Administrative staff in planning configuration andinstallation of new and existing servers and configure hardware,peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. inaccordance with standards and project/operational requirements.

　　Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems andsystem data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media,recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent offsite as necessary.

　　Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity andavailability of all hardware, server resources, systems and keyprocesses, reviewing system and application logs, and verifyingcompletion of scheduled jobs such as backups.

　　Administer network workstations, UNIX-based or non-UNIX based operatingsystems.

　　Evaluate and/or recommend purchases of servers, computers, applicationsystems, peripheral equipment, and software.

　　Investigate user problems, identify their source, and determine possiblesolutions, test and implement solutions.

　　Maintain site licenses for department/organization.

　　Ensure that systems, applications and operating procedures are in linewith applicable regulatory requirements.

　　Document procedures involving setup, operations, and security, ofsystems, servers and applications.

　　Document system and application problems and resolutions for futurereference.

　　Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guestsand fellow team members
