Security Support
Patrol and secure LDS Motion Picture Studio and immediate area. May be assigned to work at the Provo location, the Goshen site (a 45-minute drive from Provo), or temporary filming sites as needed. Provide security for film sets. Enforce BYU security policies.
Must possess a valid United States Driver's License and must pass a background check. MPS Security works 24/7/365. Must be willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays. Must have regular and consistent attendance at scheduled shifts.
This position must work in all conditions and at all hours. MPS Security Officer is exposed to heat, cold, rain, and snow. Working locations are both inside and outside.

Provide Security for LDS Motion Picture Studio sites located in Provo, Goshen, and/or temporary remote filming sites.Provide security for film sets.Identify suspicions and criminal behavior, and coordinate with University Police or local Police for resolution.Maintain a shift log of activities.Perform special assignments as requested.Work other duties as assigned.Assist sworn officers upon request.Assist with security-related calls for service.Ensure that proper documentation and notifications are made on calls for service.Initiate coordination of emergency response.Monitor and run electronic and physical security systems.What qualifies you for this role:

A firm commitment to the mission of BYU. High School graduate or complete GED program.18 years of age.Permanent resident status.Skills, abilities, knowledge, licenses, certifications:
Possession of Utah Driver's License without a record of suspension or revocation in any state.Must be able to work in all weather conditions, 4/8/12 hour rotating shifts, and nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned.Must have no convictions for serious criminal, traffic, drug, or domestic violence violations.Must pass a background investigation.What we offer in return:
