　　Position Summary:We are looking for a talented Mortgage Loan Officer to help us carry out our vision of Together Strong, by putting the members first and being the preferred financial institution in our service area. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you are responsible forbuilding local relationships, being well-versed in multiple loan programs, advising applicants through the loan process and collecting documentation from the borrowers.

　　Skills and Expectations:

　　Must have exceptional communication skills and a desire to interact with the public and provide top-notch service.

　　Expected to network within the community and bring awareness to our product and service offerings.

　　Strong analytical skills to assess the needs of members finances.

　　Problem-solving and attention to detail are a must.

　　Confident with multiple forms of technology to thoroughly create and document a complete loan file.

　　Interview members for mortgage lending needs and comply with all real estate and credit union regulatory guidelines.

　　Must be a highly productive person with ability to handle multiple duties concurrently and flexibility to change directions as needed.

　　Ability to exhibit confidentiality, patience, courtesy and tact when providing assistance or service to members and working with coworkers.

　　Previous lending or sales experience is preferred but not required.
