JOB REQUIREMENTS: What You Can Expect: What You will be Doing: Create awarm, friendly environment where your residents are comfortable fromadmission through discharge. You\'ll advocate for your residents atevery stage of care, making sure that we go above and beyond for themevery single day. Develop personalized care plans for each residentbased on observation and expertise. When emergency situations happen,you\'ll act quickly and calmly to initiate life-saving measures. Thiscould happen with or without a physician present, and you have theconfidence to act with your residents\' well-being in mind. Handlemedication for your residents and keep meticulous records of everyaspect of the care you administer. Where You will be Going: RegionalTravel Defined as travel for work assignment up to two (2) hours fromhome address, where license or certification is applicable. -or- FullTravel Defined as travel for work assignment across the Company\'sfootprint.
