　　Colorado Pay : $16.00The base hourly rate for the Mobile Associate role in this location is$16.00/hour. Within the first 90 days working at T-Mobile, MobileAssociates will receive on-the-job training and the opportunity to earn atotal of $1,500 while completing training milestones. Once completed,Mobile Associates will promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligiblefor incentives. The annual incentive target for a Mobile Expert is$18,000/year. Actual incentives will vary based on performance. Allemployees at T-Mobile, are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of basepay and incentives.
