Applications due by January 26, 2024Electrical Assembler - Manufacturing - Colorado Springs, COPay Range DOE: $17.00 - $20.00 per hourWork Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:00pmThis job is eligible for Paid Sick and Safe Time (PSST) under the HealthyFamilies and Workplaces Act.Summary:Laying out, direct current assembly, electronic diagnosis andtroubleshooting, electrical assembly, direct current assembly,fabrication of cast and forged components to assemble structural forms byperforming various duties including:Primary Responsibilities:AssemblyWiringCrimping to certified specificationsLays out, positions, aligns, and fits components together.Soldering and wire harness assemblyUses hand and power tools to assemble manufactured partsAssembles parts by bolting and riveting.Repairs products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, andreassembling parts.Assembles LED panels and wiring systemsExperience is requiredTesting will be performed before hireRequirements:Proven experience as assemblerTechnical knowledge and ability to read blueprints, drawings etc.Ability in using tools (e.g. clamps) and machines (e.g. presses)Good understanding of quality control principlesGood communication skills (verbal and written)Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical conditionHigh school diploma; Higher degree from a technical school will be appreciatedPay dependent upon experienceGoodwill is an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to employing qualifiedindividuals including those with disabilities, protected veterans andmilitary spouses.Goodwill participates in E-Verify.
