BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced Mental Health Technician Prime Pool to join our outstanding and compassionate team at St. Anthon'ys Hospital!

　　The Mental Health Technician Prime Pool position is responsible for:

　　Provides direct patient care to psychiatric inpatients under the direct Supervision of a Registered Nurse.

　　Provides ongoing monitoring and observation of patients to ensure safety and well-being.

　　Promotes communication and therapeutic relationships with patients.

　　Assists with physical care under the direction of a RN.

　　Promotes coordination of the unit by completing orders, making phone calls and directing calls and information to the charge nurse.

　　Required Certifications and Licensures:

　　BLS (Basic Life Support)

　　CNA (Nursing Assistant) - preferred

　　Patient Care Technician - preferred

　　Required Education:

　　High School Diploma or Equivalent - required OR

　　Associate's in a related field - Preferred

　　Experience:
