This position also requires Non-Violent Crisis Prevention course completion and certification, as this position does involve physical team interventions in order to keep patients safe.ShiftMust be able to work three 12.5-hour shifts per week (7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.) Will also be required to work some weekends and holidays.Job SummaryThe Mental Health Associate role assists in the delivery of patient care under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider, to adolescent and/or adult patient with a primary psychiatric diagnosis.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesCPR/BCLS. Crisis Prevention Institute certification preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology. Schedule flexibility is a plus.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
