  JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Details Job Location Oshkosh, WI-UniversalBranch/Corporate Office - Oshkosh, WI Position Type Full TimeDescription POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for leading the day-to-dayactivities of the branch. Responsible for directing operationalsoundness and referral efforts of the front line. Primary individualresponsible for leading and managing the Verve experience in the branch.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Branch Leadership Lead and supervise thebranch service team to achieve established goals. Build a cohesive andeffective team through coaching and developing team members in amotivating environment. Ensure that a positive member experience isconsistently delivered. Lead day-to-day branch operations througheffective decision making based on policies and procedures. Buildeffective relationships in the branch using emotional intelligence andcritical thinking skills. Maintain control over audit procedures toensure compliance with controls. If weaknesses are identified, reportthem to leadership. Maintain subject matter expert status of Verve\'sproducts and services to serve the branch team and members. Foster andmaintain an atmosphere of solutions, innovation, and continuousimprovement. Share ownership with the Senior Area Manager on branchperformance. Actively contribute to the success of the Credit Union byworking positively with teammates and supporting achievement oforganizational goals. Support and maintain a cross-selling environmentwithin the branch. Responsible for scheduling branch service teammembers. Will function in a Member Advocate role, especially times ofpeak scheduling, absences or staffing shortages. Maintain ongoingcommunication with leadership by informing them of all pertinentproblems, irregularities, new developments, and changes. Offerimprovement suggestions or any other changes. Demonstrate the CreditUnion\'s philosophy and culture in all interactions with members,prospective members, and team member. Additional duties as assigned.Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Associate degree (A.A.) orequivalent from a two-year college or technical school; Related workexperience may substitute for education. At least two or more years ofleadership experience. Must have the ability to travel between locationsas needed. KEY COMPETENCIES Superior communication skills to effectivelylisten and disseminate information. Demonstrated or potential ability tosupervise operations, train, and coach team members. Experience withmember/customer service operations to include the understanding ofeffective member service philosophy.
