*POSITION SUMMARY *

　　Oversee and develop execution and delivery of Health Plans member engagement plans. Collaborate with various Health Plans teams to deliver and implement the strategic plan for communicating with members on changes to benefits, Stars measures, and engagement activities. The Member Engagement Strategist plays a key role in the success of the outbound member engagement and Star rating success.

　　*PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES *

　　Manage all content creation and retention support of the Health Plans member retention and Stars.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and adjust content strategy as needed.Collaborate with the Health Plans marketing and Stars teams to create fresh content ideas, promotional concepts, and overall plans to support Star ratings. Provide creative support for member engagement communications and activities. Attend and help with member engagement events designed to promote a positive perception from our members. Update the Health Plans communications calendar for associates. Responsible for production of member provider directories and formularies for print and online distribution. Maintain consistency of Health First brand voice, style, and tone in all communications.*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS *

　　Education:Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, advertising/public relations, or equivalent experience in these areas.Work Experience:One year of experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field.Licensure:None required.Certification:None required.Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
