JOB REQUIREMENTS: Your Job As a Kronos Engineer, you will be responsiblefor supporting Koch\'s Kronos Time & Attendance environments, platforms,and cloud infrastructure. What YouWill Do Become an integral part of a global team supporting cloudinfrastructure and key HR services. Monitor and support infrastructurefor a large global, load-balanced, Kronos environment. Supportday-to-day Kronos operations. Maintain system configurations, changes,and updates (e.g., Service Packs and Language Packs) Provide guidance onstrategic directions (improvements, fixes, and new projects) Lead andassist with Kronos related projects. Some weekends and after-hoursresponsibilities for planned and unplanned events. Analyze errors andlogs to identify root causes. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience managing IT Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)Experienced with Kronos Administration Microsoft Windows Serveradministration experience. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL databases,including their backup & restoration Experienced in maintaining SSLcertificates and their renewals. What Will Put You Ahead InternationalKronos support experience. Experienced leading projects. Experience witha load balanced, high-availability environments. Experience in managingBusiness Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans. SFTP, open-SSH (keys),or file/data transfer experience Experience working with APIcommunications (REST or SOAP) Experience in a technical leadership role.Experience with scripting languages (VBScript, PowerShell, Python, etc.)Experience with Kronos Enterprise Archive.
