Position Details:

Job Title: Medical Assistants

Location: Poughkeepsie, Fishkill, Kingston, Brewster, Katonah, Mount Kisco, Cortland Manor, Carmel, Jefferson Valley, Yorktown, Rhinebeck Briarcliff

Job Type: Fulltime

Shifts: Monday-Friday

8am-530pm

Responsibilities:

· Perform measuring and

recording of patient's vital signs including height, weight, blood pressure pulse

· Record patient information and reason for visit in EMR system

· Perform certain diagnostic tests such as EKG and assist physician with certain medical procedures, as needed

· Prepare patient records prior to visit by ensuring that required lab results and documentation are entered in the medical record for practitioner review

Requirements:
