Job Summary:
Akima Data Management is currently seeking an Operation Analyst to join the team. The Operation Analyst will be on call 24/7/365 in support of critical tickets. A critical ticket means that an Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) or Data Center that houses a critical medical application is completely down or is isolated from the rest of the Medical Community of Interest (MEDCOI) network. There is critical impact to healthcare business operations. The MTF is unable to reach the Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application (AHLTA) or MHS Genesis throughout the hospital and there is no work around available. Critical Tickets: Respond within twenty (20) minutes, to the customer once the Remedy ticket is assigned to the AMSS Support Group during normal business hours (0700-1600) and 45 mins to respond to respond to tickets outside of normal business hours. Critical tickets will be routed to the contractor provided phone with email capabilities. High Tickets: Respond within in four (4) hours to the customer after the Remedy ticket is assigned to the AMSS Support Group during normal business hours. High tickets shall be routed to the on-call cell phone. The TASC team shall review the high ticket after hours to ensure that the ticket was classified appropriately. High tickets are processed during normal business hours only and do not require after hours support.
Medium and Low Tickets: Respond in one business day to respond to the customer once the Remedy ticket is assigned to the AMSS Support Group.
Job Responsibilities:
Interfaces between the vendor partners and the sites. He/she shall assist in coordinating all of the Return Material Actions (RMA) that take place on behalf of the DHA.
Coordinates third party shipping requests and track the status of all third-party shipping request.
Attends the daily HS3 staff meetings and updates the chief on any critical tickets that came in overnight or over the weekend.
Must be able to orally communicate effectively during briefing.
Attends, coordinates and conducts various procurement process and update meetings for HS3 / LCMS / J-6 DHA IT procurement packages.
Receives Electronic Bill of Material (EBOM) requests from various projects/ programs within the DHA.
Opens a ticket with the warehouse via the preferred DHA ticketing solution to have the items shipped by the required delivery date (RDD).
Updates the Agency’s Asset Management Database (AMdB) with minor updates such as room and building or contract information to a single asset. The TASC team will not perform bulk or mass updates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Familiar with the following software applications including but not limited to the MS Office Suit, MS Access, MS Visio, BMC remedy, Service Now and Defense Medical Logistic Standard Support (DMLSS).
MS Office Suit must have high level of experience with MS Excel.
Verbal & Written Communication skills.
Minimum of one or more years of experience.
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must have a Public Trust clearance. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance. Applicant selected will be subject to a federal background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements.
