　　Position Summary:Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital is looking for a Cardiovascular Scrub Technician to join our Cath Lab team on a per diem or as needed basis. This position will assist the RN, techs, and physician with cardiac and special procedures. This position will prepare the Cath Lab for cases by setting up table, instruments and supplies according to type of case. Must know and practice the principles of aseptic technique and maintain an aseptically controlled environment. Demonstrates knowledge of the proper equipment for each procedure, as well as preparing equipment and supplies necessary to perform each procedure.

　　Schedule is 4 10-hour shifts per week to include a mandatory 10-days of on-call per month. On-call begins at the end of shift (approximately 5 pm) until 6:30 am, with a 30-minute required response time.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Education: *Associate degree preferred.*

　　Experience: *Previous clinical experience required.*

　　Requirements: *American Heart Certifications in BLS within 60-days from hire.*
