BayCare is currently in search of our newest Medical Office Coord inator who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. BayCare’s top priority is the health and well-being of our communities as Tampa Bay's leading multi-specialty group with more than 600 providers practicing 45 specialties in over 175 outpatient locations throughout the Tampa Bay and west central Florida regions.

　　The Medical Office Coord inator is responsible for:

　　Coordinate up to 10 office practice site team members within BayCare Medical Group. 

　　General oversight of all front and back-office

　　Scheduling, work assignments and activities, patient appointments, conferences, meetings, seminars, insurance billing, assisting with daily deposit, and patient flow. 

　　Provide training, assisting with evaluation of front and back-office team members, and maintains a professional office atmosphere. 

　　Perform other duties as assigned. 

　　Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, hours may vary

　　This position requires a mandatory two-week onsite training. You will train for one week in Clearwater and one week in Tampa.

　　Education

　　Required High School or Equivalent

　　 Experience

　　1 year in a health delivery setting

　　Specific Skills:

　　Critical thinking skills; Computer skills appropriate to position

　　Medical Terminology use and understanding

　　Work with a team; Written and verbal communication skills

　　Time management skills; Customer service skills

　　Work independently; Work in a fast-paced environment
