　　Your role at Clorox:

　　The TMKT Manager MT support Sales Area linking Clorox Strategy to Execution Plans. Develop Commercial activities and Dynamics. Definition and tracking of AMPS (Assortment, Merchandising, Pricing and Shelving) as well as analysis for Opportunities to achieve better sales results

　　In this role, you will:

　　Develop Annual plan aligned to category strategy (Channel Basis)

　　Merchandising Execution: Commercial Dynamics, BTL Activations, Incentives, On packs developments and other activities related to retail commercial execution.

　　AMPS Tracking and Opportunities encouraging: Work focusing on : Distribution, SOM, Assortment, Pricing, volume and shelving.

　　Sales Support: Strategic mentorship to KAMs, Sales Managers and Merchandiser Supervisors.

　　Launches Support: Participate during all the steps that involve Product Launches adding Sales and Commercial perspective. Develop Support plans, set AMPS targets and monitor after SOS.

　　Merchandising Leadership: Head of Merchandising Services. Agency Management, setting of priorities and Execution targets.

　　Trade Spending Co Trade Management: Plan, communicate and evaluate Customer funds. This includes: Commercial dynamics (On packs and Combos) and Introductory Funds.

　　What we look for:

　　Years and Type of Experience:

　　At least 5 Years of Trade Marketing or Sales related areas

　　Excellent in: English (speaking and writing) and Microsoft Office (xls, ppt, word)

　　People Manager expertise

　　Skills and Abilities:

　　Leadership and Influence,

　　Team Development,

　　Analitical and Decision make,

　　Planning and Organizing,

　　Adaptation and Flexibility, Communication.

　　Education Level/Degree:

　　University Degree complete (preferred related to Marketing, Buisiness Administration or Economy) or equivalent experience#LI-Hybrid
