DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Within this role, you will provide advisory, consultative, and developmental services to school districts, intermediate units, vocational technical schools, non-public schools, charter schools, and community agencies regarding the following significant educational programs totaling over $800 million of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA): Title I, Part A; Improving the Academic Achievement of the Disadvantaged; Title I, Part D, Neglected and Delinquent Institutions; Title II, Part A, Supporting Effective Instruction; Title III, Part A, Language Instruction for English Learners and Immigrants; and Title IV, Part A, Student Support and Academic Enrichment.
You will review and approve Single Audit Resolutions, Monitoring Corrective Actions, and other related assignments in addition to reviewing and approving consolidated applications, funding adjustments, and budget revisions. It is essential to maintain a working knowledge of various programs and systems and remain current on laws, regulations, and guidance for PA State, ESSA, Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund, and other related programs.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment
Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, and report to the office every Tuesday. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:
